Femtocoulomb-Bereich. Als einziges vergleichbares Messger\u00e4t auf dem Markt integriert es eine hochaufl\u00f6sende Digitalwandlung der Messwerte und eine vollst\u00e4ndige galvanische Isolation der Datenleitungen und Spannungsversorgung, die es erm\u00f6glicht, Str\u00f6me auch gegen andere als das Massepotential der Versorgungsspannung zu messen.\r\nDa DC-DC-Wandler f\u00fcr eine isolierte Spannungsversorgung in der Regel St\u00f6rungen in einem breiten Frequenzbereich erzeugen, wurde f\u00fcr IDAM-15 eigens ein spezieller extrem rauscharmer Spannungswandler entworfen und gebaut.\r\nIDAM-15 deckt mit nur vier Messbereichen Strommessungen vom Femto- bis hin zum Milliamperebereich ab. Der Verzicht auf mehr Messbereiche ist durch die Verwendung eines sehr hochaufl\u00f6senden Analog-Digital-Wandlers m\u00f6glich und erweist sich inbesondere in Anwendungen mit kontinuierlicher Messung bzw. Integration der Strommesswerte als \u00e4u\u00dferst n\u00fctzlich, um Totzeit und Artefakte durch Messbereichswechsel zu vermeiden.
