Our expertise in vacuum technology is the result of more than 25 years of experience in the design and construction of vacuum systems, from the selection of materials to the design of the pumping systems, the design and manufacture of the vacuum chambers to the selection of individual components and methods for a wide variety of applications – from rough vacuum to extreme high vacuum.
Thanks to our experience in research and development, we are your ideal partner for the development of new machines for clean environments. We carry out feasibility studies and accompany you from the construction of prototypes to the finished machine. In doing so, we always keep an eye on the increased requirements of clean production.
We measure and analyze vacuum outgassing using mass spectrometry to detect sources of contamination at an early stage. We also offer comprehensive particle measurements and material analyses for cleanrooms and sensitive production areas.
